Orders placed through SendWorthy are subject to availability, production timelines, and shipping limitations. Payment terms will be presented at checkout or within negotiated agreements. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of intellectual property you upload or submit for customization purposes, subject to the following: You grant SendWorthy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and operating the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit such content and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
